Report: Avs’ Nichushkin concerned in ‘police incident’ in Seattle

Colorado Avalanche star winger Valeri Nichushkin was concerned in a “police incident” in Seattle on Saturday, the Denver Publish reported on Thursday.

In response to the Publish report, a lady in Nichushkin’s 4 Seasons lodge room in Seattle was perceived as being so intoxicated, the Avalanche’s group physician known as 911. The girl, who struck the group physician in keeping with the police report, was taken later to hospital. There was no quick phrase on her situation or whether or not she was nonetheless in hospital. The Publish reported the Avs group physician didn’t need to press prices.

The Denver Publish‘s Bennett Durando added that “no legal investigation” is being carried out into the incident.

Nichushkin didn’t play in Saturday’s Recreation 3 of Colorado’s first-round playoff collection towards the Kraken and was despatched again to Denver. He has not performed since and is reportedly not with the group because it prepares for Recreation 6 of the collection on Friday in Seattle. Coach Jared Bednar, whose group trails 3-2, beforehand mentioned Nichushkin was absent for private causes.

Nichushkin scored the tying purpose in Colorado’s 3-2 win that evened the collection.

The 28-year-old Russian had 17 objectives and 37 assists for 47 factors in 53 video games this season.

Nichushkin signed an eight-year, $49-million extension with the Avalanche final low season, after serving to the group seize the 2022 Stanley Cup.
